ARC/NHMRC Research Network in Ageing Well – Population Strategies ThemeThe Research Network in Ageing Well (RNAW) is a national network that aims to inform national efforts to respond constructively to an ageing society through increasing the scale, focus and capacity of Australian ageing-related research. The ARU’s involvement with the RNAW is as a member of the Population Research Strategies Theme. Regular workshops and forums aimed at building advanced knowledge and methodological skills necessary for ageing and developmental research are run through the ARU. Additionally, research is conducted involving international comparisons between Australian and international ageing studies. These comparisons have a multidisciplinary focus, ranging across areas such as economics, epidemiology and psychology. For further information please visit the Research Network in Ageing Well website
