The e-hub team from NIMHR discuss their approach to providing accessible mental health self-help programs to the community.

e-hub provides a suite of online self-help services based on the best available evidence and evaluated through high quality research. They can be used anonymously, 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world.

NIMHR Director, Professor Kathy Griffiths, is recognised as one of ANU's cutting edge researchers. In this video Kathy describes NIMHR's e-mental health research and development program, which includes the delivery of evidence-based, online self-help programs directly to individuals in the community.

PhD student Jin Han talks about her joint study that found social media data can be used to predict depression in users.

More about Jin's story can be found at ANU Newsroom
